SERVICE FULFILLMENT TERMS

At Eduardo Edit Lab LLC, we aim to provide a clear and organized service experience for every video editing project. This Service Delivery Policy explains how our video editing services are processed, completed, and delivered.

1. Service Processing

Video editing services are digital services and do not involve the shipment of physical products.

Project processing begins after we receive:

• The required payment
• All necessary video footage and project materials
• Complete editing instructions and requirements

If required materials or information are missing, the project timeline may not begin until the necessary materials have been received.

2. Standard Service Timeline

For standard video editing projects, the typical processing and delivery timeframe is:

Initial processing: 1–2 business days
Editing and production: 3–7 business days
Final delivery: Within 7–10 business days after all required project materials have been received

The actual completion time may vary depending on the length of the source footage, project complexity, number of files, editing requirements, revision requests, and other project-specific factors.

3. Project Confirmation

After receiving the required materials, we may review the project requirements to confirm the scope of work and identify any information that may be needed before editing begins.

If clarification is required, we may contact the customer before proceeding.

The service timeline may be adjusted when additional information, files, or instructions are required from the customer.

4. Editing and Production

During the editing stage, we may organize footage, remove unwanted sections, arrange clips, apply transitions, adjust audio, make basic color adjustments, add approved text or graphic elements, and perform other agreed post-production work.

The exact editing process depends on the service purchased and the requirements of the individual project.

5. Revisions

If revisions are included with the purchased service, revision requests should be submitted within the applicable project period and should remain consistent with the original project requirements.

Standard revision requests are generally processed within 2–5 business days after we receive clear revision instructions.

Requests that substantially change the original project scope may require additional time and may be subject to an additional charge.

6. Final Delivery

Completed video files will be delivered electronically using an appropriate digital delivery method.

After the final video has been completed, customers will receive the applicable delivery information or access instructions.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their completed files after delivery.

7. Delays Caused by Customer Materials

The stated processing timeframe assumes that all required materials and instructions are provided in a timely manner.

Delays may occur when:

• Required footage or files are missing
• Submitted files cannot be accessed or used
• Project instructions are incomplete
• Additional clarification is required
• Revision requests are submitted after the agreed editing stage
• Customer approval or feedback is delayed

Any such delay may extend the estimated completion date.

8. File and Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing source materials in a usable format and for maintaining backup copies of their original files.

If submitted materials have technical issues that prevent normal editing, we may request replacement files or additional information before continuing the project.

9. Service Completion

A project is considered delivered when the agreed final deliverable has been made available to the customer through the designated digital delivery method.

Minor technical adjustments or corrections related to the agreed project scope may be addressed when reasonably necessary.

Requests for new content, substantially different editing directions, or work outside the original scope may be treated as additional services.
